PR10 Begins in Guinea
The PR10 team is already on the ground looking for young talents.
The first trip was to Guinea Bissau, shortly after the launch of the project. "We believe in the potential of the African player. They are players with incredible abilities, with characteristics different from the European players that we believe are an added value in football ", says Paulo Regula.

In a first phase, Paulo Regula and Ivanildo Soares went to observe a training school in Guinea Bissau and distribute equipment, from shorts, t-shirts and socks to other training material. Ivanildo Soares, longtime friend of Paulo Regula and partner of the PR10 with the responsibility for the scouting area, considers that in this way they can help to fulfill the dream of many young people who want to belong to the greats of European football but do not find in Africa the necessary infrastructures to avenge nor adequate working conditions.
The PR10 also gave land to the construction of the camp and the school's new training center. At the moment you are preparing the surroundings of this space with the fabrication of the screens and placards. Paulo Regula and Ivanildo Soares have already planned a new trip to Bissau, to provide more equipment and to formalize the hiring of some talents that have already been detected. Young Guineans aged 7 to 19 who may now have the opportunity to avenge in European football.
The PR10 thus gives the first steps that justify the investment made and give credibility to the project in the market as an important manager of sports careers.
