Paulo Regula was born on March 12, 1989 and his love of football was born with him.
It was as a kid that he kicked the ball. As soon as he left the school, he went to the pine forests of the parish of Sarilhos Pequenos to play with his friends. At the age of eight he was already a federated player and his first season was Moitense. He has always had in Grandfather and Father the best partners to keep the dream of playing. Invited by Sporting, he came to Lisbon every day to train "to ride with Grandfather". After two years in the sportinguista formation, the way passed through Vitória de Setúbal during 9 years.
In Vitoria, at the end of a season playing as a senior, was elected young promise of the I Portuguese League . In the 2008/2009 season he also received several individual prizes awarded by the club as the distinction of Revelation Player, the Green Dolphin Prize and the Sportsman of the Year Prize of the City of Setúbal .
In Portugal, he played for Olhanense, Naval and Atletico. In the clubs where he passed, in games of the I League, was several times chosen the best player in the field .
It was at Olhanense in December of 2013 that he felt on his skin the impact that could have made a goal to one of the big three. Paulo Regula scored against Benfica a goal that had "a special taste" and that earned him the attention of the media for more than a week. In that same time it stood out with other goals against Sporting of Braga and to Paços de Ferreira in the Championship and in the Glass of Portugal.

At the age of 20, as an attacking midfielder, he had the opportunity to represent the National Team, "it was the fulfillment of a dream", he says, "listening to the national anthem when we represent our country is very different, much more intense." It was for the Under-21 National Team that he had the opportunity to participate in the prestigious Tournament of Toulon, alongside great Portuguese football players like Fábio Coentrão and Rui Patrício.
In the international career there is also a season in Bulgaria, a total of six months in which he played for FC Litex Lovech, a club that helped qualify for the Europa League qualifying.
Paulo Regula now set up his cleats to develop a new project. It is focused on the management and management of sports careers and thus a new project is born. The PR10 - Sports Careers Management aims to bring new national and international talent to the limelight. Its mission is to discover potential in young players and invest in their career. In this project he joined two friends and partners, Sadik Jamal and João Matos, with business experience and in the business world of about 15 years.
